DELIVERY
Order processing:
Orders are processed between 10.30am and 07.30pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 07.30pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.
Tracking and reviewing your order:
In order to review and verify the information relating to your order, please log in to your account on this website and click on "Orders", in menù "Your Account" placed on the left bottom of the home page. Then click on your order number to check all the details. Shipping times and cost:In addition to the availability, must be taken in consideration also the time required for managing the order. The fastest shipping is the one for orders payed by PayPal online system and with express courier delivery.
Once you have placed the order, choose the term of payment and delivery, we'll process your order. Then we'll deliver your goods to our courier for the shipping to your address, or, in case you chose to collect your order in our store we’ll prepare it for you.
• In Italy the orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the beginning of the shipment (excluding holidays).
• Shipments to the rest of the European Union countries will take approximately 2/3 days.
• Shipments to the rest of the world will take approximately 5 working days (excluding any customs clearance delays which are discussed below).
Terms of delivery:
Donato Ricci s.r.l. allows you to choose between two methods of delivery the one which better meets your needs:
• Collect to our shop DieRre. This is the most most reliable, fast and cheaper solution. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. From that moment you will have 5 working days to collect your purchase. Click here to see our store’s details.
• Express Courier. This is the fastest method of delivery to your address: 2 working days from Courier collects the goods from our shop.
Taxes and international customs duties:
Shipments within the European Union:
There are on additional costs or duties on product marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union:
These shipment may be subjected to import taxes or customs duties. These costs are in charge of the recipient, who will have to pay the amount to the courier or to the relevant authorities.
Shipments to USA:
Products shipped to the United States are subject to customs duties and import duties. In addition, US customs require the recipient to provide a Social Security Number or a Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number.
Failure to clear customs:
It is up to the customer to provide all the necessary information and/or pay the related fees in order to ensure the clearance of the goods. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY
• Products must be returned within 10 days from delivery, and no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted.
• Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• Returned products must must be intact in all their parts and be stored in their original packaging.
• It is mandatory to attach the VAT receipt.
• You must complete the online Return Process (see below for more details).
In case of one or all of the conditions listed above are not respected, we reserve the right to not accept the return. The rejected return can be shipped again to you on your charge.
Until the package arrives in our warehouse the return procedure is under your responsibility. We are therefore not responsible in case of loss, damage and / or delay on the return delivery.
Changing color and/or size
Please note: Some products come in one size/color/length only. These products can therefore not be changed for a different size/color/length/etc. If you wish to change such a product, please contact our customer care.
If you wish to change the color and/or size of the product:
Firstly, please complete the online return process. To do so, simply log into this website with your username and password and click on 'Orders'. Then click on 'details' beside your order number, click the box of one or more products to return and write an explanation for return with the size or the color to be changed. Then click on “make a rma slip”. Once received the confirmation for the Rma, click on" My merchandise returns " and print the return label of the order. This return label should be insert inside the package you are returning to us.(Note: If returning by courier, the courier may require you a second copy of the return label to be affixed onto the pack).
Who pays for the shipping?
The cost for returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is entire on your charge. However, we will pay to ship the new product/s to you.
When will the change be made?
Your new product/s will be shipped once we have received the original product/s back in our warehouse.

How much will be refunded?
Please note that, as an integral part of Donato Ricci's return policy, the cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product/s except the shipping charge cost (20 € for UE Countries).
How will the money be refunded?
This online shop operates in European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Euro area, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed.Returned products that were originally paid for using a credit card or via PayPal will be refunded to the original credit card or original PayPal account.
When will the refund be processed?
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive to our warehouse. Please note: If you have payed by credit card, refunds could take up to 4 weeks to be shown in your bank statement. Also, please be aware that the refund will be shown in your bank statement under the name 'DONATO RICCI S.R.L.'
In case of payment on delivery by cash the refund will be made by bank transfer.
Customer Service:

Wrong Address or Package not withdrawn:
In case of wrong address if the order will be returned to our warehouse you can choose between two options ask the refund or send us the correct address and try a second shipment.
In this case you will have to pay the new shipment and the return to our warehouse ( 70 euro for Ue country,
110 euro for a non Ue country).
If package will not withdrawn,when it will arrive back to our warehouse, we will refund the ammount of the order exept the shipment cosr and the return to our warehouse ( 70 euro for Ue country,
110 euro for a non Ue country).
